Womb Wisdom Circle

Course
Introduction

We will share information around cycle awareness and tracking as well as nutritional support with a tasty lunch using ingredients that can support us in the early part of our menstrual cycle. We will then open up a space that feels cosy and safe to tap into our intuition and get down with our crafty-creative-selves.

We believe in the innate wisdom of each person’s body and in the collective wisdom of sharing our experiences. Part of this day will be listening to each other and giving space to listen to our own knowing.

You will be guided by our Path Hill instructors, Natalie and Suz, who within the peaceful setting of the Hardwick woods and around a fire, will help you unfurl into an openness and connection with your menstrual cycle as a place of guidance and support.

The day will last from 11am – 4pm and will include a nourishing vegetarian lunch. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

We are opening up this circle to five pairs of mothers and their daughters with the intention of creating a closed container to journey through the seasons of nature’s cycles and our own inner cycles. No pressure to stay in the group if it doesn’t work out.

Minimum age:
8
